Christmas Casuals at Sydney Zoo Sydney Zoo is located in the heart of Western Suburbs at Eastern Creek and is currently looking for short-term event zooperstars Our Guest Experience Team and our Food & Beverage team are looking for additional staff for an exciting event over the Christmas period, commencing in November, and are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills to join our friendly team working this event. The role will be contracted from late November 2024 through to the beginning of January 2024 on a casual basis. The Position We are looking for a group of highly motivated individuals that strive to give the members and visitors the best experience possible. Our Guest Experience team are the first point of contact for arriving to Sydney Zoo from the initial welcome to validating and selling tickets, crowd control, to assisting with enquiries. Our Food & Beverage Team position are responsible for providing an outstanding experience to all zoo customers, including members and visitor by delivering an incredible selection of food and drink options. Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver outstanding results and the enthusiasm and initiative to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills. Can-do positive attitude and a quick learner who will make a fast start in the role. Demonstrated enthusiasm and initiative to deliver exceptional customer service. Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality.
