Your Role at The Body Shop
In the team you will be offering advice to customers as needed and provide a deep insight into the products and the stores underlying philosophy. Throughout your time at The Body Shop you will learn the products, how they are made so you can proactively engage with customers and help them decide what they need based upon lifestyle and preferences.
More about the role
- Learn about the products and understand them on a deep level
- Learn the customers needs and be able to recommend any of the 2000 vegan and vegetarian products
- Support the management team to drive sales within the store through exceptional customer service
