ECCO is searching for a Retail Christmas Sales Associate who has a deep drive to succeed and bring the consumer a premium shopping experience at one of the busiest periods of the year.

Responsibilities at ECCO

  • Delivering a extremely high level of customer satisfaction in a fast paced and busy environment, upholding the quality of the brand and achieve sales
  • Align with the Mystery Shopper standards and also the Visual Merchandising plan
  • Customer orders and returns must be dealt with in a timely manner
  • Maintaining the ECCO inventory according to the standards
  • Keeping the store tidy and adhering to normal housekeeping protocols
  • You must be able to work during ECCO's blackout periods. 20th-30th November + 11th December 2024 until 12th January 2025

What will be needed from you

  • Have prior retail skills and effective persuasion communication skills
  • Previously demonstrated ability to hit KPIs and sales targets
  • High level of commitment and professionalism when dealing with customers as you will be an ECCO brand ambassador
  • It is importsnt you are a people person who strives to build meaningful connections
  • Wanting to learn a grow in a fast paced environment is a must
  • The willingness and want to learn about the products and wants to share this knowledge
  • Flexibility within schedule, including public holidays, weekdays and weekends
