As a Technical Solutions Engineer , you will be pivotal in supporting the development, design, and execution of renewable energy projects. You’ll act as a technical lead, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards, navigating complex grid connections, and contributing to the success of a world-class project pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical solutions for energy projects, supporting the development, design, and implementation stages. Work closely with project development teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency. Oversee grid connection processes and liaise with grid operators and regulators. Analyse project requirements and develop technical strategies to optimise performance. Manage technical risks and offer solutions to mitigate potential issues. Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and compliance materials. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Stay informed of industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements. Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects adhere to all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in technical roles within the energy sector, ideally with renewable projects. Strong understanding of grid connection processes and technical regulatory frameworks in ANZ. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing practical technical solutions. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale energy projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
