Build & Lead a World-Class Team: Manage and mentor a team of analytics engineers and BI developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and success. Sprint Management: Ensure timely project delivery through effective sprint planning, task allocation, and tracking. Remove blockers to keep your team on track. Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of data products across platforms. Optimize Data Pipelines: Continuously monitor and improve data pipelines for efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Stay Ahead of Trends: Drive innovation by staying on top of trends in analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies. Ensure Data Governance: Implement best practices in data governance to maintain data quality and integrity.
