The Role We are looking for casual teachers and co-educators to join our Early Learning Centre on a casual basis. Our Early Learning Centre offers 2-,3- and 5-day programs for 3-year-olds and 4- and 5-day programs for 4-year-olds. Children are engaged in a play-based curriculum, which evolves from their interests and next steps in learning, and is balanced with intentional, teacher-led learning. Educators have a sound knowledge of individual children's strengths and areas for development. Knowledge, skill and qualification requirements: Certificate 3 or Diploma qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. Willingness to undertake ongoing training in a Diploma of Early Childhood would be considered. Capacity to work as part of a team in both the 3YO and 4YO kindergarten programs. Demonstrated commitment to Child Safety. Willingness to learn, be resilient and agile. Qualifications or the willingness to undertake training in a Diploma of Early Childhood. A valid Working with Children Check or VIT registration. Confidence in extending and enriching student learning.
