Department for Health and Wellbeing – Metropolitan Referral Unit Salary: $58,709 to $63,154 (Pro-Rata) – ASO2 – Part Time 0.8 FTE / Temporary term up to 12 Months Overview: The Admin Assistant is accountable to the Nurse Unit Manager – Metropolitan Referral Unit (MRU) in providing administrative support to the Metropolitan Referral Unit Team, including a confidential administrative assistant role to the Program Director – Nursing Director, MRU. The Admin Assistant will have a very close working relationship with the MRU Clinical team and Business Manager and will be required to liaise with relevant staff and business units on a regular basis. The Admin Assistant is responsible for: Providing an administrative service to the Metropolitan Referral Unit team, internal/ external stakeholders, business units and service providers. Assisting with enquiries, including resolving issues, and escalating to the Nurse Unit Manager or relevant area, where necessary. Using IT systems to provide timely and accurate processing of data entry and records management. Working collaboratively with the MRU team to provide an effective and efficient service.
