RSA is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide essential support to our highly-skilled Project Delivery Team, commencing initially in an exciting new, large-scale agriculture project based in the Riverina region, NSW. For an immediate start About The Role You'll excel in an independent role as the sole On-Site Administrator, delivering prompt support to the crew as well as collaborating remotely with our Dalby-based Head Office Team. Comprehensive, in-person training alongside our team in Dalby, QLD will ensure you hit the ground running (flights, accommodation, and meals provided), prior to project mobilisation. Operating on a flexible 14/7 Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) roster, we offer competitive remuneration with accommodation provided (or return home every night if local) along with meals. The role, which includes future DIDO/FIFO opportunities, providing the unique chance to explore rural and remote Australia. About You - We're seeking someone with: Demonstrated experience in a similar role (experience in the civil construction industry is advantageous). Valid, open Driver's Licence with reliable transport. White Card - General Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Xero, Corporate Traveller, and Pegasus Programs is highly regarded but not essential). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Efficient planning and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work away / Experience on DIDO/FIFO rosters.
