Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Contract Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce (CRM) and experience in sales and contract management within the real estate or development sectors. Key Responsibilities: Sales Contract Preparation & Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts for various property releases. Liaise with sales consultants and solicitors to ensure efficient contract management. Input product, customer, and contract data into the CRM. Review investment information to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Assist in the preparation of sales and contract templates and conduct contract reviews. Monitor key milestone dates and communicate potential issues that may affect contract exchange or settlement. Information Systems Management: Develop expertise in the CRM and seek improvements to enhance team efficiency. Update and maintain contract documentation and customer data in the CRM. Process cancellations and re-pricing of contracts as needed. Generate reports to track sales trends and settlements, providing insights and recommendations. Administrative & Sales Tasks: Collaborate with the team to understand project milestones and forecast settlement timeframes. Prepare monthly sales consultant commission reports. Identify opportunities for system improvements and streamline processes. Provide support and training to new contract staff as needed. Customer Service Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external sales partners. Assist with the valuation process and coordination of appointments. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience. Handle additional administrative duties as required.
