Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while coordinating with project managers and legal teams for negotiations. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring accessibility for future reference and proper archiving.
