You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries via phone and in-person, providing advice and referrals as needed. Coordinate appointments for services across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. Welcome and assist visitors at our reception, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Sort, process, and distribute correspondence, both electronic and hard copy. Arrange appointments with various health units, agencies, and community groups. Prepare and edit letters, minutes, and other documentation with precision. Respond to urgent queries and collaborate with outside organisations to gather information.
