Role Description We seek applications from suitably qualified, highly driven and innovative middle school teacher who can teach across a number of the following subject areas: Physical Education English HASS Experiences and skills in the areas of Food/Material/Digital Technology, STEM or the Arts would be advantageous, but not essential. Experience and expertise in planning, reporting and administration tasks using SEQTA will also be a desirable but not required skill set. Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following: A highly developed understanding of middle school learners and best practice middle school pedagogy Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity of our community The ability to collaborate in teams of teachers and the broader community Work dynamically across learning areas Be familiar with emerging information and communication technologies and be willing to integrate ICTs across the curriculum to support student learning The successful candidate will be expected to undergo CESA’s screening process.
