The casual roles will be approximately 2-4 days per week with the potential for ongoing work when required. The roles encompass a mix of legal administration skills, PA capability and project work of which you will receive training and support in. Key responsibilities may include: • Records administration; scanning, logging and archiving documents in compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. Auditing and review of records. • Responding to both external and internal client enquiries via email and phone (answering and transferring calls) • Supporting our team with other admin tasks that come across your desk • Daily housekeeping; cleaning meeting rooms/stacking dishwasher/kitchen maintenance • Office administration; mail, stationary supplies, couriers Skills And Experiences What we’re looking for in you Our ideal candidate is an excellent organiser and communicator, who may have had office experience, ideally in a legal environment. You are a team player who is proactive and client focused, works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You diligently follow processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will have strong client service skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships. A thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 is welcomed.
