Seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Allocator to manage the scheduling of daily works across a diverse network of construction sites. Description Key Responsibilities: Schedule day-to-day operations across various construction sites in NSW. Action queries and requests professionally and promptly, adhering to established standards. Manage the recruitment process and candidate registration from start to finish. Maintain a pool of available candidates to meet sales forecasts. Manage the employee competency database to ensure skill alignment. Ensure accuracy and currency of the applicant and candidate database. Prepare and maintain accurate reports as required by the business. Conduct referee and VEVO checks for all approved candidates. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and site safety rules. Coordinate employee entitlements, including annual leave, RDO leave, and personal leave. Facilitate client project inductions effectively. Organise and manage approved training programs for employees. Handle after-hours calls as needed. Profile Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in databases and scheduling software. Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety regulations in the construction sector. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
