This person will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced systems for numerous industries About: Our client is focused on designing, manufacturing and implementing technologies to automate processes They develop robotic systems for various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, logistics, and more. They are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer experienced in designing and manufacturing bespoke products with the focus on robotics. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced systems for numerous industries. Responsibilities: Develop and implement automation and control systems. Integrate vision systems and motion control into automation projects. Create electrical schematics and choose suitable components. Work with various PLC platforms Oversee projects from inception to completion. Manage the team of engineers Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications and experience: Proven experience in programming robots (KUKA, OMRON, ABB, YASKAWA) is a must, Hands-on experience in PLC programming, sensors and robotic hardware is a must, 5 years of experience with vision systems integration (Cognex, SICK) At least Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Experience in designing automation systems including electrical schematics and system component selection, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Good communication skills.
