We are on the hunt for an Admin Assistant to support our client, a well-established retail Fit-Out Manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. This is a Day shift role with the potential for permanency for the right candidate. Duties of the role will include: Manage freight bookings, follow-ups, and costings, ensuring accurate monthly records. Organize dispatches and ensure timely delivery of orders. Create shipment manifests, including freight photos, and send completed documents. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Ensure accurate data entry for all dispatches and inventory updates. Communicate with internal and external stake holders.
