Strengthen your IT Operations background with new business-critical IT Projects and process automation opportunities, under the mentorship of the CIO About the role Based at Rosebery as the IT Systems Administrator , you will be working closely with the Chief Information Officer who will provide mentorship and training to ensure your success in this role. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of IT systems, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and securely. You will manage user permissions, oversee IT operations activities and provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly. A key aspect of the role includes administering Microsoft Azure , where you will manage cloud infrastructure and services. Your expertise in NetSuite, Power Automate , PowerBI and Power Apps will be highly valuable, as you will contribute to the development and management of data-driven insights and process automation. Specifically, you will take the lead on automation projects, with a focus on optimizing the employee onboarding system to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will provide IT support across the organization, ensuring that all technical needs are addressed while helping drive technological innovation and improvements. This position requires a proactive approach to IT system management and a collaborative mindset to work with various teams, ensuring that technology effectively supports business operations and growth.
