About the Role As a Service and Support Administratior at Trilogy Care, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing vital support to both internal teams and care recipients. Your responsibilities will include managing daily administrative tasks such as coordinating office supplies, handling uniform and equipment requests, and overseeing meeting room bookings. You will also assist in the onboarding process for new care recipients, ensuring their care plans are efficiently organised and recorded, while liaising with the Clinical, External Care, and Assessment teams to provide seamless support. Acting as a bridge between departments, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to resolve any operational issues, while providing exceptional service to internal staff and care recipients alike. In addition, you will work closely with the Data Team to ensure accurate reporting and data management, contributing to informed decision-making across the company. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential as you help facilitate the company’s services and support its mission of delivering high-quality care.
