About the Role - Sunshine West Office We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and articulate Internal Sales Representative who is excited to initially focus on hunting for new business in regional Victoria and Western Australia in this brand new role. You’re a team-player who loves “cold calling” and are experienced in winning new business, B2B Sales and passionate about customer experience. As your portfolio grows, you will support customers across regional Victoria and Western Australia by managing their accounts and responding to inquiries. Key Criteria • Previous experience in an internal sales role or equivalent • High competence in cold calling and customer outreach via phone • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients • Strong knowledge of commercial sales principles, negotiation tactics, and market trends, especially those relevant to Silverback • Team player with experience leveraging networks and sharing knowledge to drive collective success • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must hold driver licence Your Background Ideally, you have a background in sales within small to medium-sized supply chains or industrial suppliers. You’re experienced in developing and managing commercial relationships, with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
