Responsibilities; Planning, develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual children. Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play. Observe and assess a child's development and communicate with parents/guardians. Supporting other staff members and overseeing of the day to day running of the room. Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in Early Childhood Education. Qualifications; Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
