As our P&C Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the P&C team, making sure records are kept up to date, helping to support our company goals and assisting in initiatives that make Midnight Health a great place to work A snapshot of what you’ll do: Recruitment Creating and posting job adverts from Position Descriptions Reviewing resumes and shortlisting suitably qualified candidates Conducting initial phone screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Arranging first round virtual interviews with hiring managers and Head of P&C Organising and conducting relevant pre-employment checks including background checks, references Onboarding Creating contracts Distributing new employee packs Managing Employee Swag for new employees and ordering new stock Managing building access including providing access fobs and garage access HR Admin Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources records Creating basic employee correspondence such as letters confirming passing of probation, employment verifications etc Travel bookings including flights and accommodation General office management including Workplace Health and Safety Providing administration support to the CEO, COO and members of the Senior Leadership Team as directed We're looking for someone who has the following skills, experience and education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration majoring in HR Experience in Administration highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Willingness to learn and develop skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Systems and tech savvy with proficiency in email, word processing and systems Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal management team and external providers.
