The Role This is a full-time, permanent position within our corporate unit, based at our Head Office in Adelaide CBD. Reporting to the Corporate Administration Manager, you will join a supportive and inclusive team of Administration Officers and an Administration Team Leader. The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, with no weekend work. In this role, you will provide Administration support to our corporate unit by providing the following duties: Delivering high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Managing incoming calls and emails, accurately directing or escalating them as needed Providing administrative support to the Administration Manager and other corporate sectors Accurately updating and maintaining records management databases Assisting in booking internal and external meetings, including setup and catering arrangements Supporting Centacare's corporate unit with data entry, and perform various administrative duties About You You are an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. With a natural ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident handling multiple responsibilities. You work well within a team, collaborating with others to achieve shared goals while also being comfortable working independently when needed. Essential Criteria Previous experience working in an administration position Strong written and verbal communication skills Friendly and attractive personality with the ability-built relationships with different stake holders easily Excellent Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite High attention to details and ability work under pressure Previous experience in a nonprofit sector (desirable) See attached Position Description for full details.
