THE OPPORTUNITY: Housed in a stunning, state-of-the-art project sales suite in the Inner West of Sydney, our client requires a capable, passionate Project Sales Assistant to support the sales team. The Sales Assistant is responsible for the coordination of inspections, settlements and customer service responsibilities, including: Opening the office and ensuring its upkeep including presentation and stocking of marketing collateral Meet and greet customers upon entry to the Sales Office and onsite display apartments General communication with purchasers, agents, solicitors and stakeholders Conduct sales presentations and undertake walk-throughs Support with processing of invoices, sales advices, external agent commission and agreements, utility bills and ancillary administration tasks Organising and coordinating valuations and settlement inspections Assist in organising handover packs and appointments Report, follow-up defects, co-ordinating with builders on availability and defect rectifications REQUIREMENTS: Our client is open to someone who has Real Estate experience and wants to move across to Project Sales, OR someone who is studying Property / Real Estate and is eager to get a start in the industry Hold a current Certificate of Registration (or is getting it) Experience in Admin / Customer Service roles Effective communicator, good energy and engaging Must have full working rights in Australia Able to work 9am – 5pm: Monday > Sunday (with two week days off) BENEFITS: Strong career prospects and company that promotes from within Full training and induction provided State of the art offices and systems A company with an impeccable track record and reputation Lots of staff perks including discounted health insurance, and employee discounts All CV's will be held in strict confidence, and you will be consulted prior to your details being presented to our client.
