The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in achieving Crescent Healthcare's marketing objectives by understanding the goals, target audience, messaging, and KPI's associated with the strategy. This role will be based in Campbellfield, VIC. Key Responsibilities include: Lead marketing and sales teams, managing budgets and achieving revenue targets Focus marketing efforts on enhancing brand awareness to drive new customer acquisition Develop engaging content that aligns with Crescent Healthcare's values and effectively communicates its message, products, and services to target audiences Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes Strategize and implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels and customer segments, leveraging existing research and strategies Lead the execution of marketing strategies from inception to completion, fostering collaboration internally and externally (including agencies and freelancers) to ensure effective implementation Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best practices to optimize strategies and enhance customer engagement Manage digital channels, analytics reporting, brand identity, CRM, and support the growth and management of marketing support personnel effectively What we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will have experience within a B2B marketing and sales role and have a background in executing sales and marketing strategies with a particular focus on key account management and digital marketing.
