This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading This is an entry level or will be a good fit for someone with a couple of years experience who is happy in an office environment full time and looking to develop as an Executive Assistant. Key Responsibilities Reception Duties (shared): Greet and welcome visitors professionally. Answer and direct phone calls. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area. Principals Assistant: Create spreadsheets, send correspondence, and tidy PowerPoint presentations. Book travel arrangements. Use Sugar CRM to track and update meetings, calls, and emails. Organise marketing meetings and events. Potentials Matters (training provided): Set up new potentials in workbench. Conduct and save searches. Input search results and save correspondence. Prepare and issue appointment documents and emails. Set up appointments for signing processes. File Matters (training provided): Assist with creditor-related tasks. Update Proof of Debt Lodgements and employee entitlements. Manage file-related tasks such as issuing payslips and confirming bank details. Key Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including Reception. Strong organisational skills Warm and welcoming customer service/communication Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Sugar CRM). Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
