Engage with clients to educate them about our products and services. Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilise influencing skills to negotiate and close deals. Identify up-selling opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records. Actively participate in training sessions. Meet and exceed sales targets. Attend performance meetings with the Sales Manager. Hybrid Work Arrangement: Upon successfully completing your probationary period, you'll have the option for a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement encompasses 3 days in the office and 2 days working from the comfort of your home. The in-office days will be divided between various business locations, including Narre Warren as primary location. Flexibility in terms of work location is expected from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Sales / Permit experience in Swimming Pools or Garages would be advantageous.
