Gold Seal provides services across the Steadfast Group. The Education & Training division’s charter is to deliver learning and development to Steadfast network brokers and agencies through its Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and online learning hub and a range of Steadfast events. The primary job purpose is to perform administration tasks for the Steadfast Learning Hub and RTO and engage with and provide high quality customer service to all Steadfast Group stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administer the online learning hub. Answer incoming calls and emails from network brokers and agencies. Support Steadfast network Training Managers and Steadfast business units with queries and reporting requirements. Assist with developing, reviewing and updating policies and procedures. Process student enrolments. Administer Steadfast webinars. Experience and skills required Exceptional customer experience focus and delivery. Excellent communication skills Advanced computer literacy on all Microsoft office products. Team player. Learning agility and desire for self-development.
