About the Role Atlantis Ocean Keys are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and assist with the day to day administration tasks of a busy service with both Early Learning and OSHC age groups. Our service is a 223 place Education Centre providing high quality care, education, experiences and joy to children from 0-12 years. This critical role provides administration support across the service, from ensuring the highest quality customer service and a warm welcome to our families and our children every single day, to ensuring rosters and parents accounts are up to date You will lean on your experience and understanding of the daily operations of a childcare service, bringing excellent time management, organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. We are looking for a team and people oriented person who loves to work in a fast paced environment and thrives on ensuring that the team and families are supported in every way possible. Day to day duties will include: · Managing daily communication with families, responding in a timely manner, via both email, over the phone and in person. · Responding to account queries and overall management of family accounts including chasing outstanding payments · Managing the overall bookings for the centre including casual bookings and all booking enquiries · Effective rostering ensuring all shifts are covered and ratios are met · Approval of daily timesheets · Assisting with the daily management of the centre including assisting educators and other team members where required · Maintaining compliance records to ensure the service is compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times · Ordering required resources and other supplies for the service About You You will be a great communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will work well as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously and will bring a positive and flexible attitude, along with a willingness to go above and beyond in your role.
