This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of online information and services within the justice sector. Duration - ASAP till 30/04/2024, with possibility of extension Pay rate - $93.42 super/hr Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days from the office, 2 days WFH Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of a website redesign project, ensuring the information is clear, accessible, and user-friendly across various online channels. Develop and maintain a user-centred site architecture that enhances the delivery of customer-centric online services. Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering best practice advice to enhance online content and services. Manage the governance framework for online products, aligning with strategic targets and stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in web content management systems, ideally Squiz Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and reporting. Familiarity with Queensland Government website standards and best practices. High proficiency in writing/editing online content using government style guides. A collaborative approach to problem-solving and an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
