We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive their high-growth team in this fast-paced and transformative sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 4 BDM's, with plans to grow the team; Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets; Strong focus on new business acquisition (securing new logos) rather than solely managing existing accounts; Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage the full sales cycle, track performance, and generate insights; Target SMEs with over 2,000 transactions per month, selling AR/AP automation solutions; Build strong relationships with CFOs and C-suite executives within the financial sector; and Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture and providing strategic direction. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management within a mid-sized SaaS solutions company is preferred; Expertise in SaaS solutions specifically tailored for the Office of the CFO (roles related to IT security or infrastructure are not relevant); Proven sales management background, with experience in methodologies like Sandler or MEDDICC, driving growth of 20% or more; and Experience managing deal sizes with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) between $100K-$500K, excluding consulting services ($50K-$500K).
