Key Responsibilities : Customer Service Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, imports, and exports. Coordinate shipments including FCL, LCL, and OOG projects. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations. Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage bookings, quotes, and follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Skills and Experience Required : 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Comprehensive knowledge of import/export operations, including air & sea freight. Strong understanding of local and international customs procedures. Experience with OOG (Out-of-Gauge) projects is an advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in freight forwarding software and MS Office Suite.
