We are seeking a confident, driven and passionate individual (about all things auto and 4x4) to join our Fulcrum Suspensions team. Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of our high performing teams, deliver best in class customer service and constantly thrive to build our customer engagement. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for: Customer Interaction: Greeting and assisting customers with enquiries and scheduling, developing relationships and trust with customers to encourage customer retention, ensuring open communication Sales and Service: Preparing tailored quotations, communicating findings and recommending suitable products and services, efficiently coordinating job completion Team Collaboration: Liaise between customers and mechanics to guarantee high-quality servicing and customer satisfaction What’s in it for you?
