We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a successful business within their warehouse. $34.60 per hour plus Penalties and Super Temp to Perm Opportunity - Full time hours ASAP start Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to: Ensure orders are processed and despatched within required lead times and customers expectations regarding product and delivery are met. Ensure very high levels of accuracy and presentation of product are achieved. Be flexible where possible to customer’s needs. Provide administration support to general manager. Provide internal sales support including processing of sales orders and liaison with both supplier and customers regarding expected stock availability. Perform general administration office duties. Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse and consignment stock. Ensure all stock is labelled correctly on the shelf. Keep the warehouse area clean and tidy. To be successful for this role, you must have: Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse and despatch environment Preferred experience using MYOB Energetic & enthusiastic Very High level of accuracy and attention to detail Reliable Initiative and capability of working without supervision Pro-active with the ability to make a contribution to the performance and profitability of the business Good structural process based approach to planning and time management.
