The role: Our People and Culture team are currently seeking a Role Design and Evaluation Advisor to develop appropriate and consistent role descriptions across the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to the business to develop fit for purpose and consistent role descriptions across the department. You will also form part of a team that provide expertise on job evaluation methodologies. You will have previous experience in role design and evaluation (Mercer evaluation methodology). You will also be someone who operates with a high level of autonomy, making day to day decisions relating to workload management. You will also have a high attention to detail, to ensure consistency with role descriptions across the department. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that would suit someone who is highly organised and structured with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing work priorities and circumstances.
