INTERNAL OPPORTUNITY Food & Beverage Warehouse Duty Supervisor Full-time Salary Based at Movie World, Oxenford, Gold Coast The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the F&B Warehouse Supervisor the Warehouse Duty Supervisors primary responsibility is to support the Supervisor by supervising staff and assist in the managing of the day to day operation of the Warehouse ensuring correct processes are being followed. Your day to day: • Place supplier stock orders and monitor for order discrepancies. Ensure accurate deliveries to outlets and liaise with outlets and supervisors on regular basis. • Perform data input as required, oversee other data entry operations including but not limited to goods receipt, goods issue, purchase requisitions, transfers, and spoilage. Ensure accurate input into SAP stock system, Liaise with Purchasing and advise Supervisors regarding anomalies. • Maintain stock par levels, ensuring that all products purchased are to the required specification. Monitor all Use By and Best Before dates to ensure that stock received is in the suitable time frame. • Supervise and give direction in matters relating to Food Safety. Recognise, prevent, and alleviate food safety hazards. • Advise Supervisor and WAA of changes to stock and bin locations to assist in the maintenance of the SAP stock system. • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and be responsible for the opening, closing and security of the warehouse. • Ensure warehouse is kept in an orderly and organised state at all times. Liaise with the Business Services Administrators to ensure all stock takes are completed and accurate. • Supervise staff productivity to ensure that goals are being met.
