Job Description We require a dynamic and professional Senior Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage Team on a part-time basis at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel. Hourly rate: $27.17 per hour Super Company Benefits Weekly hours - minimum 15 per week Responsibilities include: Ensuring smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bar and conferences at the hotel Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients Liaising with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation Supervising, training and assisting entry level Food & Beverage Attendants To be a success in this position, you will have: At least one year of Team Leader experience gained in a similar role A current RSA certificate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude A high level of self-motivation and confidence Basic knowledge of wines and spirits etc.
