About the Role Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a trustworthy, diligent Warehouse and Service Support person to join our growing team. Working closely with both the warehouse and service departments, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, supporting service teams with parts and tools, and ensuring a smooth workflow between the warehouse and service functions. Key duties include, but will not be limited to : Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods in the appropriate locations. Preparing and packaging orders for shipment or dispatch to customers or service teams. Ensuring accurate inventory management by tracking stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts Providing service teams with the necessary parts, tools, and materials for repairs or installations Managing returns and repairs of defective or damaged items, ensuring timely processing and reporting Processing and fulfilling orders accurately and within designated timeframes. Coordinating and processing shipments, including labelling, packaging, and documentation Helping maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and adjusting stock levels in the inventory system Our ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a similar warehousing operations, logistics or service support role.
