Multiple casual positions available Based at our Mt Helen or Berwick Campuses $45.98 hourly rate including 25% loading plus superannuation About the roles You will provide quality customer service to current and prospective students at all levels of study, assisting with enquiries through all modes of services. Service Centre Officer You will: provide assistance and advice to students with applications and enrolment enquiries; ensure all enquiries responded to are accurately recorded and resolved; undertake accurate and efficient data entry of all administrative forms; and work collaboratively with the Service Centre Officers to provide operational and administrative support. Surge Workforce Officer (outbound calls) You will: contact prospective current and prospective students to help them accept an offer and guide them through the enrolment process; contact students who have requested a call as part of CRM conversion journeys; promote our courses and support services to influence conversions and retention; work collaboratively with the Service Centre Officers to provide operational and administrative support. About you You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the provision and delivery of exceptional customer service and possess strong administrative services. You will also possess the ability to prioritise work and have demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, in particular influencing skills. You will possess: demonstrated computer literacy skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office; the ability to exercise initiative and work effectively, both independently and co-operatively; the ability to develop a thorough understanding of administrative policies and processes; and proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment and to be adaptable to change.
