Keystone Civil are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and champion administrative tasks with high level accuracy and timeliness. Initially a 6 month fixed-term contract, with potential for Permanent employment. If you are looking for an administrative role that has a wide variety of tasks, this role might be for you. Some of your responsibilities will include: Provide general administrative support and assistance to Project teams and department managers Maintain vendor information in company systems Collect and enter delivery dockets into registers Assist with generating reports, or taking minutes for meetings Organize and supply PPE to site teams Order and supply consumable items to project sites as required (Tea, Coffee, Milk etc) Organize training for team members through local RTOs Assist project team with purchasing goods and services, including some accounts payable duties Add/Remove users to relevant company software and client portals Organize events and activities across the company About you: High level accuracy and timeliness Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills Intermediate level of computer literacy, with Microsoft Excel/Word/power point Strong organizational skills The ability and willingness to learn new skills, and take on new tasks with a Can Do attitude A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision About us: At Keystone we value the following qualities which form part of our selection criteria when we hire: Can Do: We pride ourselves on helping each other find the best solution.
