As a key member of their team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and contributing to their profitability. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties: Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects by phone email, and the trade counter. Providing external sales executives support relating to sales leads, quotes, and orders. Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations. Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions. Identifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales force. Keep up to date with the latest product developments. Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company. Who we're seeking: Self-motivated and work well unsupervised.
