Silver Wolf Projects (Pty) Ltd has been established since 2007 and is a responsive, innovative mid-sized national Engineering/Building Consultancy operating primarily in the insurance industry, with offices in Sydney, Canberra, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. We have a part-time position for an all-round office administrator, who would be based at our office in Altona, Melbourne. Hours of work will be 0930 to 1430 Monday to Friday. You will be working alongside another administrator and will be in constant communication with our team of engineers and administrators based in other States while reporting to the National Office Administration Manager in Sydney. Responsibilities: Job/client allocation Management and logging of new incoming matters Email management Appointment booking for our staff Scheduling inspection runs for our team of engineers and building consultants Client database management Providing back up support to our national administration team Supporting Development and Planning Approvals Office/Administrator with preparation of documents required by Councils/Certifiers for building permits and approvals Follow up on quotes for services Liaison with and engagement of sub-contractors in relation to SWP work This multi-faceted role is suited to someone who is motivated, energetic, highly organised, with a “can-do” approach, outstanding customer service and telephone skills, excellent attention to detail, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same. Previous experience using various database and software packages, including MS Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are a prerequisite.
