Based across our Southern offices located in Cranbourne, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Pakenham, Doveton & Prahran About the opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic administration professional who will enjoy working on a casual basis as required across our Southern offices. The standard office hours are 9.00am to 5.06pm Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities of the Administration Officer include: Reception coverage; assisting clients and stakeholders with enquiries at reception and over the phone in a timely manner General office administration; proactively keeping all office functions working efficiently Meeting coordination; invitations, room bookings, agendas and minute taking Program support; supporting program staff with administrative tasks and maintaining client databases as required About you To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in reception and/or office administration roles. Qualifications in Business Administration or previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously to support a range of busy teams, while maintaining efficient office functions and site specific administration requirements.
