Experienced Projects Administrator Wanted CoreStaff Singleton are seeking an Experienced Projects Administrator for a temporary contract located near Muswellbrook. Provide general administration support to the Project Manager and Project Team Conduct regular audits Attend formal weekly communication meetings with the Team Take and distribute meeting minutes Provide professional guidance and advise visitors, community and other external parties to ensure that company policies are communicated and understood. Monitor the activities of the mine, collecting daily the information required to be inputted. Provide ad-hoc support, as required, with respect to Administration support (i.e. Raising Purchase Orders, Drafting Reports and Communications, etc.) The successful Candidate will: Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an Projects Administration role or similar Have previous Mining Administration experience (preferred but not essential) Have the ability to pass an Order 43 Pre-Placement Medical or hold a current Medical that has been conducted within the last 12 months Be able to provide contact details of 2 recent work related references (this will need to be a Supervisor or someone you would report to) Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport Be available 5 days, Monday-Friday Reside within Muswellbrook, Denman, Aberdeen, Scone or Singleton areas What’s on offer: 35 hour weeks Exclusive access to our benefits platform that offers savings at over 60 major Australian Retailers across the country.
