In this office-based customer service role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling inquiries and providing essential sales support. You’ll resolve product queries and address sales opportunities quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly approach. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the key responsibilities will be: Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills to build strong relationships. Delivering superior customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into our system. Contributing to the reduction of customer credit, working proactively to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. Make scheduled outgoing calls to customers to gather feedback and look for upsell opportunities. Support national sales and marketing teams as required Setting learning and training goals, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. Why Join Tradeware?
