The Position: You will be a practical and proactive problem solver, working with cutting-edge production technology to complete tasks including preparing and setting up production lines for operation, performing quality testing procedures whilst maintaining hygiene, housekeeping, and manufacturing best practice. You will contribute to continuous improvement in the workplace at the Dairy Foods Factory located at Balcatta. You will have had previous experience in food manufacturing and have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to engage with the team to work together and deliver great results. You will also have knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment and be able to successfully liaise with other departments including logistics and engineering to ensure production schedules are met.
