Construction Foreman - Western Sydney (Civil) - Immediate Start Harrison Barratt Group is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our Civil client located in Western Sydney . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and lead teams on large-scale civil projects. As the Construction Foreman, you will be the key point of contact between workers and supervisors, ensuring smooth operations on-site. Your leadership and extensive hands-on experience will be essential for the successful completion of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing teams, and overseeing safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tasks and manage on-site operations according to project priorities and schedules. Produce work schedules and monitor crew attendance. Assign daily responsibilities to workers and tradespeople. Supervise, train, and manage workers, ensuring resources are adequately allocated. Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met on-site. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Monitor project expenses and ensure budgets are maintained. Resolve any on-site issues promptly. Report progress and updates to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines. Experience in early works trade (Excavation, Piling, Shotcrete, etc.) and general civil works. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good physical condition and stamina.
