We're seeking Forklift Drivers with counter-balance experience to join a logistics team based in Fairfield District. Early starts & overtime available Job Details $37.00 p/h Super (Casual Rate). Monday to Friday 1 day Weekends. 4 - 5 am - 12 pm. Our Client: Our client is a leading logistics company that specialises in transportation, warehousing, and distribution. managing raw materials, including food-grade materials compliant with HACCP standards, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), timber, and steel reo bars. Their Distribution Centre is based in Fairfield District (NSW) and operates in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and teamwork are crucial. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts for receiving and dispatching goods. Unpack, strip, and line bulk containers, ensuring accurate inventory management. Strap, restrain, and re-bag materials as required. Re-line containers to maintain quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Valid Forklift Licence (LF). A minimum 2 years experience in counter-balance operations. Physically Fit - Able to lift up to 20kgs on a repetitive basis. Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime as needed. Experience in handling raw materials, preferably in a 3PL port logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Team player with good communication skills.
