If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have experience in freight forwarding and CargoWise, we want to hear from you Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's Adelaide office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate freight forwarding and logistics activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Prepare and process documentation related to shipping, customs clearance, and other logistics activities. Monitor shipments and provide customers with status updates and delivery confirmations. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. CargoWise experience Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and logistics operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with logistics management software.
