Duties Within this context the Lead Instructional Specialist of Numeracy provides strategic leadership in the effective system-wide implementation of the mathematics curriculum and is responsible for leading the processes and operational approaches for improving numeracy outcomes within DECYP schools and CFLCs. The role will lead school leaders and teachers in the achievement of strategy and provide high-level guidance for schools to support the teaching and learning of mathematics through the provision of evidence-based resources and professional learning – aligning curriculum, assessment and pedagogy within a multi-tiered system of supports framework.
