The role: We are looking for a Construction/Operations Manager who can take the reins and take the business to the next level Your main duties & responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations, Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, Resources are managed effectively, Constant reviewing and tweaking of processes to ensure peak performance. What you will need to succeed includes: Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role within the Civil construction industry. Outstanding all round communication skills Remarkable organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge or ability to familiarise with the relevant legislation Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
